Margaret “Mugs” Haugen, RN, LMC, CTS

Mugs is a Registered Nurse with twenty-five years of experience in cardiac and emergency nursing. However, her passion for serving others on a deeper, more spiritual level led her to embark on a personal transformation journey. Today, Mugs is a Certified Life Mastery Consultant (LMC) who is passionate about sharing the Universal Principles she has learned with others. Mugs also completed her certificate as a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS) to further support her clients in a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed way.
As a speaker, teacher, and coach, Mugs supports nurses, healthcare professionals, and caregivers to break through burnout, overwhelm, and stress. She is the CEO of Anchored Heart Coaching, LLC.

Her expertise enables her to help individuals overcome the challenges that come with their profession while finding a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their lives. Mugs has also lived a sugar free/flour free lifestyle for over 6 years! She lost 60 pounds and has maintained that weight loss for over 5 years living a healthy, vibrant, active life!
