After dedicating 25 years to the demanding field of critical care nursing, I have embraced a new chapter in my life as a full-time artist. My career in healthcare has profoundly influenced my artwork, transforming it into a healing tool. Each piece is crafted to evoke calm, soothe the soul, and facilitate healing, reflecting my deep commitment to creating art that serves a therapeutic purpose. This shift in my creative process began as a way to find solace and peace, not only for myself but also for those
who engage with my art.

In addition to creating art, I run my own art gallery, which not only showcases my work but also serves as a sanctuary for healing through creativity. I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of art with others, especially my fellow nurses who have experienced the stresses and challenges of healthcare. To this end, I offer my online course, "Brave Beginner Art; How to Survive and Thrive Through Creativity", designed to empower nurses to heal, prevent, and combat burnout through creativity. This course, along with my healing art workshops specifically for nurses, underscores my commitment to nurturing my colleagues' well-being through the expressive and
healing arts.

Through my art and teaching, I aim to inspire a journey of healing, resilience, and discovery, proving that anyone can incorporate the arts into their personal growth and recovery.
