Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their current mentoring and networking strategies which will allow them to have a deeper understanding of their individual strengths and areas for growth. By the course's conclusion, participants will be equipped with strategies and tools to enhance their networking connections, foster meaningful mentorship relationships, and navigate the diverse challenges of the school nursing profession with confidence and resilience.
