Course Lessons

Eva ZobianWolf, RN

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have held many roles in the hospital ending with over ten years as an ICU nurse, gaining insights and expertise along the way. My dedication to integrative therapeutic connections and Mind-Body Medicine was sparked by a desire to tackle burnout and stress prevalent in high-stress healthcare careers.

Working with clients facing chronic pain, TBI, and PTSD, I am on a mission to support nurses and healthcare professionals in navigating the challenges of their demanding roles. My focus lies in empowering them to leave behind their workplace stress, increase well-being, and enhance their personal lives by developing sustainable stress management strategies.

Embracing evidence-based practices such as yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Reiki, breathwork, vibrational therapy, and movement, I am deeply committed to elevating holistic wellness in healthcare. By integrating these practices into stress management and overall health improvement, I strive to promote positive change rooted in the physiological and neurological impacts of yoga.
